Sprout, Snow Pea
These are an Australian product from the Healthy Sprout Company.
These are grassy, green and seriously healthy! A handful of snow pea sprouts will jazz up your salads, sandwiches, and also make you feel great with fibre, protein and vitamin C.
- Good for salads, sandwiches, and adding a fresh punch to a hot meal. Eat them raw, steamed, stir fried or blanched.
- Store in resealable bags in fridge.
- Freshest in spring.
Only wash in water, seconds before cooking or serving, to keep them crunchy and fresh for longer.
