- Good for so many of our favourite teas, drinks, fruit salads, salads, sauces, desserts (chocolates and ice-cream) and jellies.
- Store in cup of water (treat it like a bunch of flowers and keep the leaves out of the water).

Mint is the name for over a dozen plant species, including peppermint and spearmint, that belong to the genus Mentha, and varieties are native to Australia.
The common garden mint is spearmint.
Like most herbs, mint is used in many forms as oil, dried and often appears in cosmetics and natural medicine to help clean or cool.
