Pancetta

Pancetta is made from pork belly. Prosciutto has around 12g/100g fat, pancetta has around 40g/100g fat.

This is a mild pancetta from 100% Australian products.

• Freshest once opened, always check the packet and expiry date.
• Good for any breakfast or lunch or recipe where you'd use bacon.
• Store in fridge or as per packet. 

Top Tip: Pancetta can be used to replace bacon in recipes and is best cooked.
