Mesclun Leaves, mixed leaf salad mix

Mixed leaves , a combination of the best small green leafy salad. rocket, spinach, endive, Chevrolet. These can slightly change with what’s in season. The younger leaves are milder and look like spinach.  The perfect mix you need when you want it all.  It is super nutritious with vitamin A, C, K, folate and so much more!

• Freshest ..pretty good all year round. In extreme heat and cold product must be eaten quicker.
• Good for adding colour and flavour to salads, starters. It works so well with Mediterranean recipes – that is where it originated. 
• Store in a tea towel (or bento cloth if you have one!) tied in a loose knot. Allow them to breathe by loosely packing.
