- Good for baby's first food, sliced, smashed, blended raw in salads, sides, main dishes. This is a good variety for creamy desserts.
- Store in fruit bowl at room temp before placing in fridge when ripe. When in fridge crisper, place in air tight container for 1 week, but eat ASAP! Keep it away from other fruit if ripe. Yes, you can add lemon juice to stop an open browning avocado, or place it in beeswax wrap or an avo saver.
Top Tip: To ripen quickly, place an avo next to an apple / pear / banana in a brown paper bag.
