The Empire of apples—This apple has a good crunch and super sweet, juicy, and crisp and is a great eating apple. Its very firm and has crisp flesh. They give off quite the crunch when you bite into them. Perfect for the 3pm pick up.

• Freshest in Late March ...in season early March and sweetness will develop in the coming week or two.  
• Good for snacks, salads, school lunches, baked goods (pie).
• Store in sealed container or bag, in fridge crisper 2-4 weeks.
