Puff Pastry: Maree loves puff...puffy vests, '80s hairstyles, p.diddy songs. And, she brought this instore which is also puffy (plus!). It's super airy, light, flaky with real butter (32%).
Weight: 375g. Contains one ready rolled sheet: 27cm x 36cm. One packet will make one large tart or up to 8 individual serves.
Shortcrust Vanilla Bean Sweet: Proper vanilla bean in this short, biscuity and melts in your mouth. Good for dessert tarts and ice-cream sandos (a good dessert choice in Brissy).

Shortcrust Sour Cream: Mario's pick...we're not saying he loves sour, but he does love proper, real ingredients. With 20% sour cream, this is legit gourmet! Good for quiches, sweet and savoury pies and tarts.

Wholemeal Spelt Butter Puff: Packed with health benefits thanks to spelt’s unique protein characteristics. This is still light, flaky, deliciously buttery (32% butter), and a little nutty.
