These are premium carrots from Aussie farmers.
Carrots are excellent source of beta-carotene, folate, and fibre, potassium, and low GI (especially when eaten raw).
Our kids love this variety roasted until 'burnt sweet'.
- Freshest all year round.
- Great for snacks (raw), 'car fuel', juicing, dip dippers, salads, curries, roasted or slow-cooked meals and side dishes. The top is also edible. When preparing, there's no need to peel.
- Store in fridge, the coolest part of the crisper for up to a week. You may remove the carrot top and wrap the carrot in a damp paper towel. Store away from potatoes and fruit so the carrot does not turn bitter.
