Apricot, Dried
A popular sweet, tart energy snack. The iron in dried apricot is higher than fresh. With fiber, potassium, arotinoids and other potent antioxidant phytonutrients, it’s no wonder the dried apricot is so common in protein balls, muesli bars, salads and Mediterranean dishes.
