This premium quality apple is the envy of others because it has white flesh that keeps for longer.

We look for apples with firm, smooth skin and a nice stalk with a bright colour.

• Freshest in May – September.
• Good for eating raw – it's perfect for cheese platters or fruit salads.
• Store in fridge crisper for 2-4 weeks. Apples release gas that may interfere with other vegies, so keep them in their own container.
