We're hooked on this classic - especially when toasted with a dab of butter for breaky, a work morning tea, or in the afternoon at nana's house. No wonder this lovely, fresh ba'nana' bread has a cult following! It's not too wet, sweet or crumbly and it is made from good Aussie 'nanas without added colours or flavours.

• Good for: morning tea, work or school lunches.
• Store in: air-tight container for 10+ days, room temp 3+ weeks, suitable to freeze for 3+ months.

Top Tip 
Slice into 10 serves separated with baking paper prior to freezing.
