Wow, nothing spells luxury at Christmas time than fresh Australian mangoes and cherries!

The USA produces cherries, large and plump, when out of season locally and in NZ. We keep a ready supply so you can enjoy cherries for longer.

Did you know? The Glycaemic Index (GI) is about how fast foods release sugar in the bloodstream. Cherries along with grapefruit, peach, apricot, apple, pear, plum are lower GI foods (in moderation). More information about the GI of foods can be viewed here.

• Freshest in summer and spring.
• Good for 'car fuel' as snacks, toss in salads, or bake (jam, curd, tart filling, chutney, or pair with chicken and lamb dishes). Anything festive! Stuffing, sauces, jam, pies, desserts.
• Store in container in fridge crisper for 2 weeks.

Where possible, we source cherries grown in Australia, but when these are out of season it is USA-grown cherries that we offer as these are plump with the sweet taste you love.
